Motorola Razr Plus : Small phone to become bigger in the blink of an eye, Motorola surprise coming in 2024

A recent report claims that Motorola is planning to launch a new flip-style foldable smartphone soon. The phone will likely be launched as the Moto Razr Plus 2024. Renders of the handset have also surfaced ahead of the launch, showcasing both the front and rear panel designs of the phone. Let’s see what the upcoming Moto Razr Plus 2024 will look like.

Moto Razr Plus 2024 Design Leaked

The Motorola Razr Plus 2024 is said to be codenamed Glory and model number XT-2453-3. It will likely be the successor to the Razer 40 Ultra/Plus. The device is expected to be sold exclusively through Verizon Wireless in the US.

According to the leaked renders, the rear panel of the phone will house two camera rings on the right side like previous Razer series phones. Also, the Razer Plus 2024 will have a classic gray finish. When the phone is unfolded it will apparently look similar to previous models with a punch-hole camera in the center for selfies.

However, the Motorola Razr Plus 2024 will use a new Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, which is expected to perform better and have longer battery life. However, the exact name of the chipset is yet to be confirmed. Please note that the current generation Motorola Razr phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.

Incidentally, Motorola entered the foldable phone market in 2020. The journey started with the Razr 40, followed by the Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40 Plus in 2021. Currently, the Lenovo-owned smartphone brand is competing with giants like Samsung, Huawei and Xiaomi in the growing foldable phone market. Motorola’s main goal is to stand out from the rest of the brands with their innovative design and immersive experience. Moto Razr Plus is likely to launch in the first half of this year.
