RX 7600 XT 16GB: May launch in January

Various information about several graphics cards in the RX 7000 series have been available for quite some time now. It is very likely that several new graphics cards will be added to the 7000 series in January. The name of RX 7600 XT has come to the discussion.

RX 7600 XT coming with 16GB memory?

Gigabyte has listed two models of RX 7600 XT in EEC Filling. (1. Gaming, 2. Gaming OC). According to the listing, the RX 7600 XT may have 16GB of GDDR6 memory. So far, there is no idea or glimpse about the rest of the specifications. Note that, according to previous listings, the RX 7600 XT was supposed to have 10 or 12 GB of memory.

While the RX 7600 launched at $270, the RX 7600 XT is expected to be priced at $320-350. If AMD uses NAVI 32 GPU instead of NAVI 33 of RX 7600, then there will be big changes in number of cores, memory speed, interface too. Maybe all of the PCIe 4×16 lanes can be used. The RX 7700 XT launched at $450, so if AMD wants to launch a non-XT 7700, there’s no logical reason for the 7600 XT to cost more than $350.

It should be noted that RX 7600 XT may be launched on January 24 according to previous rumors. There will be no reference model. In that case, there is a possibility that this graphics card will be announced at the CES event itself.

Arctek had previously listed several GPUs in the EEC filing, including the Radeon RX 7700 and 7800 in addition to the RX 7600 XT.
