2024 iPad Pro: Price and Availability
The Wi-Fi variants of the 11-inch and 13-inch versions of the new iPad Pro tablet in India have been priced at Rs 99,900 and Rs 1,29,900 respectively. Besides, the 5G version of both the 11-inch and 13-inch models is priced at Rs 20,000 more. And if you want to get the nano-texture glass variant, you will have to spend an additional 10,000 rupees. The iPad Pro will be available in Space Black and Silver color options. Its delivery is scheduled to start from May 15 in most countries.
2024 iPad Pro: Specifications and Features
The latest iPad Pro is the company’s first iPad Pro model to come with an OLED panel. It is available in 11 inch and 13 inch screen sizes. The screen offers a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,000 nits peak brightness via High Brightness Mode (HBM). Both the models will be available in 256GB / 512GB / 1TB / 2GB storage variants. The 1TB and 2TB variants also come in nano-textured display glass options to reduce glare. As for battery life, the 11-inch model has a 31.29 watt-hour battery. The latest M4 chipset built on a second-generation 3 nanometer process node powers the fourth-generation iPad Pro, which will offer significant upgrades in performance and efficiency. In terms of photography, this year’s iPad Pro model has a 12-megapixel rear camera capable of capturing 4K video and a 12-megapixel ultrawide front camera. For security, it will also have Face ID feature.
Most importantly, the iPad Pro (2024) model has a lidar (LiDAR) scanner for augmented reality applications. It offers a quad-speaker setup for enhanced audiovisual experience.
